I want to share some ideas for what’s going to happen in this space.
My early thoughts are this…
I will be sharing essays on mindfulness, neuroscience, empathy, the esoteric and spirituality.
I will also be writing in detail about how I use Tarot/Oracle in my mindfulness practice.
In the future I will get back into the podcast game, through Substack, to share meditations, meditation prompts, and conversations with others about their mindfulness journey.
I will also be starting a book club, where we will discuss in here what we find interesting and thought provoking. I believe we will start this in August!
